Are you passionate about helping children achieve their goals and helping them to create their very own production?

Join Big Mouth Theatre as a Weekend Part-Time Drama Coach today!

We are now looking for a motivated, imaginative individuals to join in the fun as a weekend assistant with Big Mouth Theatre.

Every Saturday you’ll be assisting and helping the children create a devised piece of theatre from scratch, ultimately leading them to perform in their very own show.

You’ll help the children discover abilities they never knew they had, including assisting in directing, helping to decide on costumes, scenery and special effects, and help rehearse their part in the show. All this results in a spectacularly-staged production in a local theatre for friends and family to enjoy!

If You’re Able To:

• Motivate the children through your own experiences and passion for theatre.

• Have the ability to help lead sessions with the support of your Big Mouth area manager.

• Communicate effectively and confidently to the children and to their parents/carers.

• Conduct yourself in a professional, courteous, warm, and consistent manner at all times.

What Our Coaches Get:

• Full training and on-going support.

• Competitive hourly pay dependent on experience/qualifications.

• Potential for opportunities for further work at our holiday drama camps and after school drama clubs in local schools!

Big Mouth takes place on Saturdays, from 9:30am-1:45pm at various locations.

A DBS will be required from the successful applicant. These will be part-time hours and drivers would be preferable, although not essential.
